Returns Policy

At ST.CRUZCO., we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

 

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

 

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, ST.CRUZCO. will cover return shipping costs as required by law.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item, in line with UK regulations.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
